Job Summary

Lead the industrialization of new products within Thales’ aerospace production environment. Define and manage multi-site lot plans, deploy APQP and risk management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive on-time ramp-up with cost and quality controls to ensure industrial maturity of complex products.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and pilot the industrial plan of the lots in your scope, integrating technical, purchasing and supplier constraints.
•Deploy APQP methodologies and ensure control of industrial risks throughout the project.
•Monitor prototype fabrication and coordinate stakeholders (development, production, suppliers).
•Guarantee maturation of production means and adherence to costs, timelines and quality.
•Lead the serial production ramp-up of the products.

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree or equivalent in aeronautics, electronics or production with solid experience in industrialization and management of development or production lots.
•Proficiency in APQP, PFMEA, process risk management and control plans.
•Experience supervising industrialization of complex products, including multi-site environments.
•Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams with excellent communication in English.
•Experience with production ramp-up and ensuring adherence to costs, timelines and quality.
