Job Summary

Own and drive product strategy for Global Trade Solutions (GTS), building a prioritised roadmap that balances client value, revenue impact, risk reduction, regulatory change, and tech resilience. Maintain product governance and control environments, support pricing/fees analysis, and monitor adoption and performance. Partner with stakeholders to advance digital agenda initiatives, digitise trade workflows, and ensure launches and changes meet policy, legal/regulatory, and operational resilience standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a robust and efficient control environment across the GTS product organisation to support operational, financial management, and compliance.
•Build and maintain a prioritised roadmap and own/lead multiple initiatives and reviews across the GTS product suite.
•Support pricing/fees analysis (with approvals) and monitor product performance and adoption to improve client experience and grow usage.
•Drive simplification and digitisation of trade workflows and client self-service where feasible, and ensure launches/changes comply with policy, legal/regulatory requirements, and operational resilience standards.
•Manage ongoing product governance reviews, maintain governance artefacts and audit evidence, coordinate governance forums, and proactively identify and recommend improvements to control gaps.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate or post-graduate qualifications in related fields.
•Trade finance product management, proposition, operations, or platform delivery experience (LCs, Guarantees/SBLCs, Collections, SCF).
•Strong understanding of trade workflows, documentation concepts, and operational processes, with strong analytical skills (business processes, P&L, client management, product management).
•Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure in a global matrix team environment, using strong judgment to resolve complex problems within timelines and quality targets.
•Good interpersonal skills to collaborate across segments and geographies; GTS product knowledge and product risk understanding are desirable.
