Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues on rental and customer equipment using independent judgment.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with training lower level technicians and with pick-up/delivery of equipment and parts as needed.
