Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead legal activities for negotiation and execution of financing transactions across contexts, including structuring, negotiating, and documenting.
  • •Advise management and internal clients on legal rights and obligations, agreements, and applicable statutory requirements for financing transactions.
  • •Assist law management and other attorneys in identifying and examining relevant law and facts for legal problems.
  • •Liaise with outside counsel to negotiate and document transactions.
  • •Lead joint venture development activities, including structuring, negotiation, and documentation of joint venture transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctorate degree (or equivalent).
  • •Current admission to general practice before the highest court of the state or country of which you are a citizen or resident.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in a project development practice.
  • •Experience in a combination of law firm and in-house settings handling international project development and joint venture transactions.
  • •Hands-on experience structuring, drafting, negotiating, and leading transactions (first or second chair), including international transactions principles.
