CRM Engineer - Microsoft Dynamics 365 (m/w/d) (Frankfurt, DE)

Develop and evolve Zurich’s CRM landscape based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Serve as the central contact in Frankfurt, advising business teams on CRM best practices and technical solutions. Own the architecture and implementation of CRM solutions for Service and, in the future, Marketing Automation—covering customizing, plug-in development, workflow automation, and system integrations using REST, SOAP, and Azure services.
