Staff Backend Engineer - Search FX (Discovery Experience)

Lead end-to-end architecture for Faire's retailer-facing search and discovery surfaces, integrating AI/LLM capabilities with high-scale, low-latency infrastructure. Own the technical roadmap for search, recommendations, and Gen-AI experiences, collaborating with Data Science, Product, and Design to optimize ranking models and UX, while mentoring the team and driving engineering excellence.
