  • •Develop and execute the store’s retail strategies using local market knowledge and awareness of business trends.

  • •Ensure team alignment with ALO’s mission and guiding principles while leading a Sales, Operations, and Visual team.
  • •Oversee execution of operational and visual guidelines, including championing strong salesfloor visual standards.
