Key Responsibilities

  • •Vendor Maintenance: Support outsource provider in successful and accurate completion of vendor master tasks and be the point person for SME business or local finance escalations & troubleshooting.
  • •Payment Processing: Ensure all payments for all vendor types (royalty, trade, intercompany) are on schedule and in line with expectations; collaborate with Outsource provider & local finance; facilitate urgent payments with controls.
  • •Invoice Processing: Process all invoices on timely basis with the correct accounting to the systems.
  • •Reconciliations: Open PO accrual reconciliations between PRS, Basware and SAP; monthly for Basware and daily for PRS; support provider in resolving system interface issues.
  • •System Support: Perform user testing for system changes as required
