Job Summary

Own and deliver cross-functional HR, culture, and employee-experience projects from intake through execution. Build project plans, track milestones, risks, and dependencies, and produce executive-ready updates and decision materials. Partner with HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, Internal Communications, Events, People Analytics, Talent, and Compensation to drive alignment and accountable execution. Support change management and operate key workstreams end to end in Santa Monica (Hybrid, 4 days in office).

•Lead HR, culture, and employee experience projects from intake through execution with clear scope, milestones, owners, risks, decisions, and success measures.
•Drive cross-functional alignment across HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, Communications, Events, People Analytics, Talent, Compensation, and business partners.
•Keep projects moving by tracking dependencies, surfacing risks early, solving problems, and holding teams accountable to commitments.
•Develop executive-ready materials, including project updates, decision documents, presentations, and concise summaries.
•Support change management with communications, leadership materials, rollout plans, and feedback loops.

•Excellent communication skills to synthesize complex information into clear updates and executive-ready materials.
•Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills to translate ideas, data, timelines, and decisions into polished outputs.
