Key Responsibilities

  • •Own operational performance for assigned OEM and offshore manufacturing partners and serve as primary operational contact.
  • •Lead weekly and monthly operational reviews; ensure production plans align with customer demand and business objectives.
  • •Partner with Supply Chain Planning to translate forecasts into executable production plans and support capacity planning.
  • •Drive quality management: adherence to standards, root cause investigations, CAPA implementation, and support audits and supplier certifications.
  • •Lead manufacturing efficiency via Lean and continuous improvement, monitor manufacturing KPIs, manage escalations, and support customer fulfillment and logistics performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 7 years of manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or plant leadership experience.
