Job Summary

Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex healthcare loans in line with the bank’s lending policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Partner with the Healthcare Relationship Management team to monitor credit risk, present financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee, and coordinate approved loan processing and documentation. Provide strong customer service while supporting underwriting and ongoing portfolio management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate the closing of major and complex loans in compliance with lending policies and procedures.
•Work with the Healthcare Relationship Management team to monitor and identify credit risks and manage loans responsibly.
•Interface with clients in person, by phone, and via email to assess credit needs and determine required analysis inputs.
•Gather and analyze information and present financing requests to senior management or the Loan Committee for approval.
•Coordinate processing of approved loans, ensure documentation and processing match agreements and bank policies, and assist with portfolio processing/servicing issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 184,573 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules, regulations, and industry standards.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring and pricing dynamics; credit analyst training completed.
