Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee final quality by performing inspections and proactively testing for defects using inspection equipment.
  • •Route package review (spec, drawing, picklist, and document revision) and provide dimensional, COC, inspection, and traceability records in the MO package.
  • •Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspection activities.
  • •Verify gages/tool calibration and validate outsourced inspection report results.
  • •Record inspection results accurately, raise NCRs for non-conforming items, and maintain inspection records per QMS requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a Diploma or technical high school with 3 years’ experience.
  • •Have previous inspection and measurement experience in a similar manufacturing industry.
  • •Read and understand technical drawings; be familiar with tools and gauges for measurement.
  • •Perform detailed dimensional inspection and inspection/report verification for hardness, phosphate, and hydro test parameters.
  • •Have knowledge of Quality Management Systems and HSE awareness.
