Job Summary

Build and manage end-to-end client relationships through the Key Private Client Program, using a plan-based approach to financial wellness. Assess clients’ needs, gather and document data, and deliver tailored investment and insurance solutions, helping clients up to $2M in investable assets. Meet individual activity and sales goals, prospect to build referral pipelines, partner with branch teammates and internal centers of influence, and ensure compliance with operational and risk procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing clients’ needs and referring appropriate investment and insurance products.
•Build a client referral pipeline by prospecting, identifying centers of influence, and documenting calling efforts.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and competitive offerings to support meaningful conversations.
•Open personal and business accounts and support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24.52 - 37.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED (or equivalent experience) or a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
•Experience developing new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and ask fact-finding questions to be helpful.
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office such as Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) to educate clients.
