Own supplier relationships for a defined commodity area, negotiating and maintaining agreements that structure Applied Materials’ supply-base partnerships. Align commodity strategies with the PLC process, oversee new supplier introductions and disengagements, and drive resolution of systemic supply chain issues impacting quality, cost, delivery, and lead times. Develop and present cost-reduction opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and outcomes.
