Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers and discuss repair options while determining repair needs through vehicle walk-arounds, inspections, and test drives.
  • •Ask for the sale on all estimates and meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • •Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates, with full transparency.
  • •Communicate with technicians and parts associates and follow up with customers on vehicle status and questions.
  • •Process transactions and ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
