Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the DMOS6 Process Integration team to review parametric data and provide parametric dispositions and TLC-related dispositions.
  • •Track and report status of key engineering/experimental (SWR) lots and coordinate with manufacturing/engineering teams to support engineering lot movement.
  • •Support WER (wafer entry requests) and WRR (wafer removal requests), including shipping wafers to other TI locations for analysis (e.g., PFA, DCL).
  • •Support DMOS6 SMS device and routing setups, requiring strong SMS knowledge.
  • •Perform technical tests and experiments in the wafer fabrication area, and monitor/audit line operators once the product is on the line.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 18 years of age or older.
  • •2 years of semiconductor technician experience, or 8 years of non-semiconductor/military technician experience.
  • •Ability to work a 12-hour compressed work schedule.
  • •Flexible to work day or night shift, including one weekend shift and holidays.
  • •Ability to review parametric test data and support parametric and TLC dispositions to improve fab performance.
