Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a global risk management strategy tailored to Latam & MEA as part of the regional risk team.
  • •Ensure consistent application of risk methodologies, policies, and procedures across regional operations.
  • •Conduct risk self-assessments for business entities, supporting remediation and closure.
  • •Monitor and analyze regional trends, product risks, incidents, and regulatory developments to recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Oversee risk tools and systems implementation to enhance risk monitoring, reporting, and decision-making, and provide risk reports to senior management and the board.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in the financial industry with first-line and second-line risk experience.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead risk management functions, including developing and implementing regional risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • •Extensive experience in operations, enterprise risk, and/or regulatory risk management within financial services.
  • •Strong understanding of risk management principles, risk systems, and reporting tools, including policies and frameworks.
  • •Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
