Key Responsibilities

  • •Work onsite in Foley, AL to assemble electrical harnesses, parts, and products according to engineering specifications.
  • •Use various hand/power tools and other assembly equipment to build electrical subassemblies.
  • •Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
  • •Perform continuity checks on electrical harnesses.
  • •Participate in compliance inspection Continuous Improvement (CI) activities and maintain a clean and safe work area.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires an HS diploma (or equivalent) or vocational/technical education in a related discipline.
  • •Experience working from written instructions, drawings, blue-prints, schematics, illustrations, and/or process documentation to assemble electrical harnesses and subassemblies.
  • •Ability to understand and follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
  • •Experience using hand tools and electrical tools, plus pneumatic tools, wire cutters, pliers, heat guns, and precision measuring equipment.
  • •Ability to work self-directed and in a team environment.
