Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and execution of MOV ceramic design and manufacturing strategies while meeting industry and quality standards.
  • •Drive innovation and continuous improvement across MOV manufacturing steps (batching, calcining, spray drying, pressing, firing, glazing, finishing, and testing).
  • •Develop next-generation MOV formulations and designs to enhance performance, manufacturability, and long-term reliability.
  • •Provide technical leadership on critical process parameters to optimize yield, quality, and operational efficiency across disk sizes.
  • •Partner with Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain; manage raw materials/supplier qualification; analyze performance data; lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
