Production Supervisor

Lead a manufacturing production team at the Colfax, NC plant, driving an injury-free, safety-first culture while meeting productivity, safety, and quality goals. Manage approximately 18 employees on the night shift (7pm–8am) on a 2-2-3 schedule, including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance reviews. Oversee documentation, training, quality processes, inventory control, and continuous improvement using lean manufacturing practices and cross-training.
