Director, Machine Learning - User Value

Lead Unity’s User Value machine learning team and define a 1–3 year technical roadmap that translates ML capabilities into measurable user acquisition value for advertisers. Manage and scale applied scientists and ML engineers, partner with Product/Design/Data Science, and oversee production-grade ML systems. Drive model evaluation, A/B testing, and guardrails to improve customer trust and retention while maintaining high availability and low latency.
