Key Responsibilities

  • •Define a 1–3 year technical roadmap for user value modeling aligned to product and business growth goals.
  • •Mentor, recruit, and retain a team of applied scientists and ML engineers, fostering technical excellence and rapid experimentation.
  • •Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science leadership to identify ML opportunities that solve customer pain points.
  • •Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable ML systems for personalization, content recommendation, multi-task learning, reinforcement learning, and LLM integration.
