Resolve guest concerns according to the complaint policy, run guest surveys on a tablet, and upsell/cross-sell to support revenue growth while following safety and emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner and listen to their requests.
•Manage queue lanes efficiently and handle guest entry/exit via turnstiles with valid tickets/passes.
•Sell tickets and products using a computerized Point of Sale (POS) system and collect payments (cash, vouchers, credit card, listed foreign currencies).
•Balance cash drawer/register/float, follow cash handling policies, and remit daily sales to cash control without discrepancies.
•Proactively resolve guest concerns, promote/upsell attractions to generate revenue, conduct guest surveys on a tablet, and respond to emergency situations to ensure guest safety.

Key Requirements

•Higher secondary or equivalent education.
•Minimum 1-year operational experience in a guest or customer service setting.
•Cash handling experience.
•Theme park/water park experience.
•Fluency in English and a passion for guest satisfaction.
