Site Reliability & Infrastructure Engineer

Build and lead the reliability practice for a portfolio of custom integrations, ensuring post-deployment success through continuous, proactive operations. Own observability (monitoring, logging, alerting), define SLOs/SLIs, and serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents. Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, advance Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD automation, and create runbooks, diagrams, and post-mortem-driven improvements.
