Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of structural design for complex industrial projects, mentoring junior engineers, and coordinating with owners, other disciplines, sub-consultants, and clients.
  • •Lead design teams from inception through construction, ensuring durability of materials and structural soundness against loads and environmental factors.
  • •Manage project budgets, track hours and expenses, and supervise subcontractors and personnel to ensure timely, safe, and compliant execution.
  • •Assist with engineering reviews of permit applications, design plans, and construction inspections to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
  • •Develop client relationships and identify additional business development opportunities while maintaining QA/QC standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.
  • •10+ years of relevant post-education experience in engineering discipline and prior structural or civil design experience.
  • •Engineer license required (multi-state preferred).
  • •Highly proficient with structural engineering principles, practices, process, design/build, and the application to project work-related issues.
  • •Proficiency with discipline-specific design software (i.e., RISA, ETABS, STRUDL, STAAD, SAFE and/or SAP2000).
