Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an agile team(s) to develop solutions aligned to the Bank’s business objectives and department/company strategy.
  • •Create and implement policies and processes for agile methodologies; manage team-level and team-of-teams OKRs to drive business outcomes.
  • •Manage project assignments and prioritization, oversee deliverables, and make data-driven decisions for funding and resource allocation.
  • •Ensure projects complete within financial regulatory and compliance policies, and mitigate identified risk issues.
  • •Provide people leadership (including hiring, performance management, and managerial activities) and remove impediments to support agile delivery success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of experience in product development, process improvement, project delivery, or business/requirements analysis, including 2 years in a financial services organization.
  • •3 years of direct team leadership experience or leading large matrixed, cross-functional teams.
  • •Experience in digital, process, user experience design, marketing, strategy, or process within a financial organization.
  • •Agile Scrum best practices, experienced being a product owner for a scrum team, plus knowledge of Agile and SAFe.
