Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage electrical pre-construction activities, including constructability in design, procurement and contracts, project planning, and budget planning to quality standards.
  • •Lead and manage electrical construction activities to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • •Ensure electrical designs align with overall design intent and client expectations; resolve issues during construction.
  • •Oversee construction compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety protocols; provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during installations.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for electrical-related matters between client and construction team, advising on risks and mitigation strategies across the project lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in electrical construction project management on construction sites, including data center projects.
  • •Experience with Owner’s Representation working directly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of electrical design, construction methods, and systems integration.
  • •Excellent project management skills (planning, scheduling, budgeting) and proficiency with construction management software (e.g., BIM360, Autodesk, Primavera P6).
