Key Responsibilities

•Position Employee Service Use Cases: act as an expert to help the sales team position use cases addressing HR and IT challenges and demonstrate value to buyers
•Collaborative Sales Support: work with the sales team to manage end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to deal closure
•ROI Analysis and Business Assessment: develop and present ROI analyses to support purchasing decisions
•Employee Service Subject Matter Expertise: provide SME knowledge to the sales organization about ES profiles and buying journey
•Quota Accountability: drive achievement of the employee service quota through sales efforts

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required
•Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR / IT Service & Operations Management
•At least 3 years of experience in Employee Service sales, specifically related to HR/IT use cases
•Strong, consistent track record of achieving targets & quota
•Ability to travel to customer locations
