Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive process improvements to make the hiring process more effective, efficient, and positive for hiring managers and candidates.
  • •Own the full candidate lifecycle across a variety of roles.
  • •Source candidates via relevant networks, online/internal databases, employee referrals, and passive candidate networking and research.
  • •Partner with hiring managers and key collaborators to provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • •Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance rates) and use market insights to tailor recruitment strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years focused on core technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, Mobile, DevOps, Data Engineering).
  • •Partner with engineering leadership to define technical candidate personas, calibrate search parameters, and align hiring priorities across the lifecycle.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise Applicant Tracking Systems (SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or Workday).
  • •Proven sourcing success for passive technical talent using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and X-ray search strings.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
