Assistant Relationship Support Manager II (Central, Hong Kong Island, HK)

Join the Relationship Service Management (RSM) team as the primary service contact for Commercial Banking Corporate clients. You’ll resolve client queries and support complex servicing requests, coordinate end-to-end credit and account servicing with internal and external partners, and handle credit risk returns and management information. You’ll also perform quality assurance checks, streamline processes to reduce risk and improve turnaround times, and train/coach RSM colleagues on operational controls.
