Job Summary

Oversee FF&E and move logistics for campus projects, coordinating with the Program Manager, Construction Management, and district staff to plan installation, inventory, and procurement of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment; provide layouts, coordinate with A/E teams on infrastructure needs, manage on-site moves, and ensure timely delivery and installation before semester starts.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate with the Program Manager, Construction Management team, College Project Managers, building user groups and District consultants to plan and oversee the installation of FF&E items for each project.
•Provide furniture and equipment layouts within architectural floor plans during the design phase and coordinate infrastructure needs with AE teams.
•Inventory existing FF&E items to plan for removal, salvaging, or reuse and assist in selecting new FF&E items.
•Manage on-site coordination to oversee moving consultants and FF&E vendors, and align delivery and installation schedules with the construction management team.
•Process POs and contracts to ensure FF&E items arrive in time to install and ready spaces before the school semester starts; inventory delivery items upon receipt.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 86,000 - 158,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS + 2 years relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency and/or education.
•Five years of full time paid-professional experience managing facilities design or coordination of capital projects including design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling.
•Two years of experience with education facilities design, planning and construction.
•AutoCAD experience.
•Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) and/or Move Services procurement; experience with construction management.
