Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide effective, safe nursing care to assigned patients and families under guidance of a preceptor or designated RN.
  • •Identify outcomes for patient care delivery and make/recommend adjustments to meet care goals and therapeutic standards.
  • •Perform patient assessment to distinguish normal vs. abnormal signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, and appearance.
  • •Administer medications and therapeutic agents, perform skin tests/immunizations/phlebotomy, and initiate peripheral venous access as needed.
  • •Plan and coordinate patient care by implementing standardized reporting/referrals, initiating emergencies when indicated, and documenting direct/indirect care in the electronic medical record.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of nursing experience (required).
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • •Provide nursing care following QCHP nursing/midwifery competencies and Scope of Practice.
  • •Deliver patient assessment and clinical decision-making, including medication management and wound care at L2 competency.
  • •ERP knowledge with preferred SAP functional skills to support successful performance.
