Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and manage BIM for MEP systems across construction projects.
  • •Perform complex BIM/plant data assignments using multiple platforms (e.g., Revit, Intergraph SmartPlant, Plant 3D) to meet results and deadlines.
  • •Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure MEP integration and resolve clashes using clash detection.
  • •Create and manage BIM content libraries and analyze/optimize MEP designs for efficiency and performance.
  • •Generate quantity take-offs and schedules from BIM models, implement BIM standards, and stay current with BIM technologies and automation tools.

Key Requirements

  • •A Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is preferred.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
  • •Experience with BIM software, particularly Revit MEP and AutoCAD MEP.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems design principles and integration.
  • •Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects and strong communication skills.
