Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess incoming requests for completeness and execution readiness, and guide resolution of gaps.
  • •Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across technology teams and drive estimation, planning, and delivery commitments.
  • •Create detailed project schedules with dependencies across teams, operational groups, clients/partners, and agile and waterfall release trains.
  • •Drive MVP scope planning and execution for multiple concurrent projects, managing change based on priorities, funding, and resource availability.
  • •Track delivery progress, identify cross-functional risks, manage mitigation plans, ensure stakeholder communications, and support audit data collection while complying with Visa project management methodology and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •10+ years in professional software development or project/program management, including at least 5 years managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-year programs.
  • •Ability to communicate technical and business issues to different organizational levels through strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • •Deep analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking, plus strong organizational and leadership qualities.
