Job Summary

Design and evolve the shared AI platform that powers secure, reliable, and scalable AI across the company. Build and harden core capabilities such as model gateways, orchestration layers, identity and access controls, integration frameworks, deployment patterns (CI/CD, infrastructure as code), and internal APIs. Establish observability, evaluation, audit trails, security boundaries, and policy guardrails so downstream teams can safely build AI solutions on top.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain, evolve, and continuously improve AI platform architecture, service boundaries, and reusable primitives.
•Build and harden AI gateways, orchestration layers, shared tools, and integration frameworks.
•Implement reliable deployment patterns, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure best practices for AI services.
•Review, debug, and refine AI-generated code in mission-critical shared systems.
•Establish security boundaries, data access patterns, controls, policy guardrails, and auditability for internal AI systems.

Salary: USD 160,000 annually
