Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve solar electric warranty and service issues involving modules, inverters, monitoring, and balance of system components.
  • •Investigate and mitigate reported roof leaks, including completing roof leak checklists and documenting findings with photos and written observations.
  • •Communicate with the Construction Supervisor and Engineering Team to resolve redline issues.
  • •Receive, update, and complete Field Service Dispatches (FSDs) using Service Dashboard in Salesforce.
  • •Ensure timely communication and completion of service and warranty work with an emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.99 - 31.99 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma is required.
  • •1-3 years of previous field construction or solar experience required.
  • •Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
  • •Ability to interpret single line drawings and PV systems from roof to meter, including electrical principles for solar interconnection.
  • •Must maintain a clean driving record, pass a driving background check, and possess a valid driver’s license.
