Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an exceptional customer/client experience while driving branch excellence through clarity, focus, and motivation.
  • •Ensure operational compliance and risk mitigation, including required reporting, activity monitoring, and staff adherence to policies and procedures.
  • •Manage audit compliance and procedure quality control, recommending and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • •Supervise daily branch activities, including delegation, scheduling, training, and employee performance evaluations and goal planning.
  • •Build and develop a high-performing team by conducting interviews/hiring decisions and driving sales strategy to deepen client relationships and grow the branch.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of related banking experience, including branch management and operations.
  • •High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
  • •Knowledge of compliance with state and federal regulations, including Regulation Z, Regulation B, FCRA, BSA/AML, and related acts.
  • •Proven experience building and managing teams with progressively responsible branch management and supervisory responsibilities.
  • •Current California driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance to drive as needed.
