Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical engineering support for electrical systems, equipment, and infrastructure across projects and operations, including design review, installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • •Manage and liaise with MEP coordinators, main contractor technical teams, consultants, and related stakeholders to coordinate electrical engineering activities.
  • •Ensure discipline shop drawings, design calculations, and drawings submission schedules are prepared to target timelines and in compliance with local authorities and project standards.
  • •Review, approve, and sign off electrical material technical submittals and method statements before issuance, coordinating with other technical departments as needed.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution aligned with company/IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) and/or equivalent UPDA certification with attestation.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, with at least 5 years relevant electrical engineering experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of construction field practices and electrical codes/standards (e.g., NFPA) and local regulations.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) plus ability to prepare/verify electrical load diagrams and calculations (e.g., voltage drop).
