Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategy and execution of an educator-readiness investment portfolio focused on AI-enabled, HQIM-aligned solutions.
  • •Design and manage partnerships with intermediaries and professional networks to influence policy, selection, and implementation practices.
  • •Lead grantmaking and performance-based investments to increase educator capacity to evaluate AI-enabled tools, implement HQIM with fidelity, and use AI responsibly.
  • •Cultivate trusted relationships with districts, educator networks, and unions to inform policy and decisions, prioritizing equity for students furthest from opportunity.
  • •Provide internal technical guidance on educator readiness, including instructional supports and professional learning design, tailored to diverse school leader and classroom audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • •Mastery-level knowledge of schools, schooling, and instruction, including how educators decide on instructional materials selection, implementation, and AI-enabled tool use.
  • •Significant experience designing and leading complex cross-sector collaborations and managing portfolios of grants or performance-based investments toward measurable educator-capacity outcomes.
  • •Significant experience with education research-to-practice, including evidence standards and professional learning design that translates into educator capacity and instructional practice.
  • •Demonstrated experience with HQIM and AI in K-12 education, including implications for educator readiness in tool use, tool selection, and policy.
