Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead by example to uphold safety, integrity, and quality while exemplifying core company values.
  • •Implement proactive issue prevention and risk mitigation with key enterprise stakeholders.
  • •Analyze product and process nonconformities, run NCA/RCA investigations, and drive timely NCR containment/correction/CAPA and on-time closure.
  • •Conduct continuous improvement training to strengthen problem-solving tools and defect prevention actions.
  • •Perform internal audits per the audit program (including workstation audits) and support audit reporting, monitoring, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc. in STEM or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • •Good experience in manufacturing operations.
  • •Experience in QMS and audit process, including ISO9001:2015 compliance requirements.
  • •Evidence base management methods with knowledge of statistical analysis and process control methods.
  • •Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and ability to implement quality programs/systems to achieve measurable goals.
