Job Summary

Own end-to-end onboarding, configuration, integrations, and operations for 2–3 new SaaS defensive security platforms supporting the CISO Office. Design and implement SSPM/ASM solution architectures, baseline policies and detection rules across SaaS apps, and API/event-driven integrations with SIEM/SOAR, ServiceNow, CMDB, and IAM. Monitor platform health, triage incidents, drive remediation, and produce executive dashboards and audit-ready documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide SME expertise to design and support safe, secure, compliant, and reliable SaaS security tooling across adjacent domains.
•Lead solution design and vendor onboarding for SSPM/ASM platforms, including environment setup, SSO/Entra integration, role design, and production cutover.
•Design and implement baseline SaaS security policies, detection rules, posture benchmarks, and attack-surface reduction configurations across connected apps.
•Build and maintain API/event-driven integrations between SSPM/ASM and SIEM/SOAR, ServiceNow, CMDB, and IAM to operationalize findings end-to-end.
•Monitor platform health, manage upgrades and patching, tune alerting, triage incidents, and drive remediation of SaaS misconfigurations and exposed assets.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information security, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•8+ years of progressive experience in information security engineering focused on cloud/SaaS security, posture management, or attack surface management.
•Strong working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Entra security models, plus experience with Microsoft 365, Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow security configurations.
•Proficiency with APIs and scripting (Python or PowerShell) and integration patterns such as REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
•Advanced knowledge of regulatory/legal compliance and relevant banking frameworks (e.g., FFIEC, SOX, GLBA, NIST CSF) with strong written communication for executive risk narratives.
