Key Responsibilities

•Define partner categories and partnership strategy, and build frameworks for when to partner, build, or buy across DoorDash’s Digital Commerce Platform.
•Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Ops to ensure deal and operational success.
•Own the rhythm of the business by bringing structure and rigor to the partnerships team and its operating cadence.
•Ensure deals are structured for long-term value using deal templates and guardrails (e.g., revenue share bands, MDF/marketing commitments, data-sharing rules, exclusivity/tiering).
•Develop exec-ready narratives and models (e.g., ROI, pipeline views, partner scorecards) to guide investment and prioritization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 142,800 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, management consulting, platform strategy, S&O, or similar roles.
•Experience sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership agreements, including structuring commercial terms like revenue share, licensing, MDF, and exclusivity.
•Ability to turn an ambiguous partner landscape into a clear portfolio strategy and execution plan.
•Track record using data to build pipeline views, ROI models, and partner scorecards to inform prioritization.
•Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
