Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and advanced maintenance on BEUMER ICS components, including elements, diverters, scanners, and third-party interface equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems using structured troubleshooting.
  • •Respond to system interruptions from carrier jams, sensor faults, or control logic errors; execute resets and root cause analysis.
  • •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with BEUMER standards and OEM documentation.
  • •Interface with BEUMER SAC and PLC systems to monitor performance, execute logic-based interventions, maintain logs, and support upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or technical certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of hands-on experience in automated material handling systems, preferably in airport or logistics environments.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.
  • •Deep understanding of mechatronic systems (sensors, actuators, motors, and controls) plus fault diagnostics.
  • •Proficiency with BEUMER SAC systems and PLC programming (Siemens preferred), and familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profinet, CANbus, Fieldbus).
