•Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development within industrial automation on End User, Business Partners (OEMs, Contractors, Systems Integrators)
•Proven track record of driving growth and closing large, complex deals in industrial automation markets
•Experience in selling solutions, including software and cybersecurity
•Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
•Experience working in an international environment, showcasing the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
