Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide support for individual pupils and small groups inside and outside the classroom for participation and well-being.
  • •Assist in implementing individual education programmes and monitor pupils’ progress.
  • •Support academic activities including group instruction and individual instruction as prescribed by the teacher.
  • •Assist class teachers with maintaining pupil records and preparing/presenting displays of pupils’ work.
  • •Be proactive in health and safety, support attendance and supervision, and contribute to behaviour policy and disciplining misbehaviour in line with school policy.
