Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, reimbursements, and payment approvals.
  • •Lead monthly close processes, revenue recognition, and financial reporting to ensure accurate books.
  • •Manage tax filings, compliance, and financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • •Build financial models, cash flow forecasts, runway analyses, headcount planning, and scenario modeling for decision-making.
  • •Partner with leadership on fundraising, investor reporting, due diligence, and board materials.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience across investment banking, strategic finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or startup finance, including experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • •Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • •Experience owning core finance operations, including month-end close, revenue recognition, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • •Ability to build financial models independently and communicate insights that influence business decisions.
