Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalize the enterprise security roadmap with the CISO, translating strategy into day-to-day InfoSec and IT security operations that safeguard customer data and platform integrity.
  • •Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing security organization, serving as Deputy CISO and driving continuous learning, accountability, and team engagement.
  • •Own LogicGate’s enterprise compliance posture, ensuring alignment with SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, and related frameworks.
  • •Accelerate enterprise sales by serving as the senior security voice in customer engagements, conducting security reviews and responding to questionnaires.
  • •Maintain security governance and readiness, including vendor risk assessments, security policies, incident response readiness, and security awareness, while partnering with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of progressive information security experience, including 4+ years leading security teams and owning end-to-end security operations, incident response, security engineering, vulnerability management, security architecture, and compliance programs.
  • •Own and deploy security tools/processes that align with SOC 2 Type II and security governance frameworks in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • •Serve as an incident response commander with deep technical knowledge across CNAPP, EDR, and SASE architecture.
  • •Demonstrated ability communicating complex technical risks to executives, board members, auditors, and enterprise customer security teams.
  • •Practical AI literacy to evaluate modern AI tools and automated workflows to optimize threat detection and security operations.
