Key Responsibilities

•Analyze and review non-standard contracts to determine revenue accounting treatment per ASC 606 and document conclusions for audit purposes.
•Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings for a business unit, meeting tight deadlines while prioritizing accuracy.
•Collaborate with systems teams to optimize revenue management systems, reducing manual interventions and increasing revenue data reliability.
•Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities in revenue accounting and close processes; drive improvement from ideation to implementation.
•Participate in revenue integration related to mergers and acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition of new business units into existing revenue processes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA designation is an asset
•3 to 5 years of revenue accounting experience including direct ASC 606 or IFRS 15 experience
•Hands-on experience with NetSuite ARM used for close and analysis
•Proven ability to analyze complex contractual clauses and translate into precise accounting conclusions
•Ability to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities for a business unit with tight deadlines and emphasize accuracy
