Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Support an enjoyable team environment by sharing ideas and concerns.
  • •Learn and assist across store departments including consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management.
  • •Support daily retail operations such as POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotions, and cleanliness/recovery standards.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
