•Partner with Product and Engineering to define KPIs and build dashboards tracking progress against goals.
•Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analyses to support decision-making, prioritization, and business impact assessments.
•Develop tracking plans and dashboards for measuring new product launches and monitoring A/B tests.
•Troubleshoot tracking issues and data trend concerns, and maintain clean, usable data.
•Work with Engineering to improve the data model and help business teams produce accurate analyses.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,800 - 205,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus at least 4 years (degree expected by start date).
•At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
•At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
•At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
•At least 1 year of experience in people management.
