Equipment Monitoring Operator - Operations Control Center

Monitor on-the-ground bus operations and ensure compliance with rules and service instructions across bus stations. Work 24/7 (seven days) and coordinate with the operations control center on schedules, incidents, and bus downtime. Support station cleanliness and washing plans, collect driver/customer feedback and complaints, report issues and recommend improvements, and provide on-site training for new staff while observing health and safety requirements.
